I support both homebirths and hospital births within my zone of service.
3 Prenatal Appointments
Informative and Compassionate
During our 3 prenatal appointments, I provide supplemental education, childbirth information, and birth planning support.
Together, we discuss your options and how to best reach your goals. We build a birth plan tailored to you specifically, and practice techniques to use during labor.
Constant Labor Support
Offering Support
I go on call for you starting at 38 week. I start checking-in on you more frequently, and I ask that you keep me updated on any early labor signs.
When you feel ready for my support, I meet you at your home. Then, follow you to the hospital and remain with you throughout labor and delivery.
During this time I provide informational, physical, and emotional support.
Immediate Postpartum Support
Welcoming Baby
In those first couple of hours after birth, I stay with you to answer questions, provide breastfeeding support, and give you any other support you may need.
2 Postpartum Appointments
Here for You
During our 2 postpartum appointments, I like to discuss your birth and any deviations from your birth plan. This will give you a chance to ask any questions and can help you mentally and emotionally process your labor.
I can, also, give you breastfeeding and newborn information as needed if there are any problems or concerns.
